Customized Distribution

At Door Hangers Direct, we provide YOU all the information you will need to know the door hangers are being delivered on time and in the area YOU select.  Our system works.  Other companies pick-up your materials and a check and you just have to hope they are distributed because they never contact you again.

At Door Hangers Direct we will make and go-over preliminary maps with you to ensure the targeted area is the best for your business.  Once you have approved the maps we schedule the distribution, send our crews out with the GPS units (everyone carries a GPS) and a manager is with the crew at all times. Once the distribution is complete we provide you the final GPS based maps.

Door Hangers Direct hang all door hangers with a rubber band.  We prefer to just drill a small hole (Not a dye-cut hole) in the top of the door hanger and string a rubber band through it and then hang it on the door knob.  This will stay on the door and not blow off.  The problem with the dye-cut holes is when the wind blows they fall on the ground and once they are on the ground they are considered trash by the homeowner.  We don’t roll them up or fold them in thirds to make sure they stay behind the handle of the door.  All of these methods just hide your message and make the door hanger less effective.

The day or days we are distributing door hangers we will call or send you an e-mail letting you know where and when we started the distribution.  That way if you want to drive by a check on us you will know exactly where we are.

Door Hangers Direct operate on the same ratio as the post office does.  We allocate between 700 and 900 door hangers per person per day depending on the neighborhood.  Some neighborhoods the houses are more dense than other neighborhoods so the total per person may vary by the neighborhood.  If you hear distributors saying they can 1,000 or 1,500 per person per day, this is just NOT possible.  Even a marathoner could not do 1,500 per day.

After the distribution is complete we will send you the GPS Maps showing exactly where we distributed.  The GPS units tell us where and when they started, how far they walked and where and when they completed the distribution.

IS THERE A WAY TO GET A LOWER AD RATE?

There IS a way to get a lower ad rate! Let me explain it this way! Independent Home Delivery companies operate under a "The customer is always right, even when they shoot themselves in the foot" attitude. When confronted with a hard line customer demanding a lower rate for delivery, these companies take the discounted delivery assignment and do the best they can because they know that the customer will just take the job to a competitor. Companies who insist on a lower rate, are really negotiating how many of their advertising pieces are going to be discarded. The success of our business is based upon maximum impact, direct response results and the success of our advertisers.

Therefore we cannot sacrifice our delivery to reduce our rates. Our radio-dispatched fleet of carriers are double-supervised every step of the way, so you are always assured of getting the thorough, high quality delivery.
